Batogh Top Lake is situated in Chilas. Where Chilas is a small town of Gilgit Baltistan, located on the river Indus. Chilas comes under the Govt of Gilgit Baltistan which is now a Province of Pakistan. Chilas is the Headquarter of District Diamir.
