1. Gilgit:

Gilgit is the capital city of Gilgit-Baltistan. It is a territory in Pakistan administered Kashmir. The city is located in a broad valley near the convergence of the beautiful Gilgit River and Hunza River.

2. Skardu:

Skardu is a city in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. It serves as the capital of the Skardu District. Moreover, Skardu is located in the ten Kilometre (10 Km) wide by forty Kilometres (40 KM) long Skardu Valley, at the confluence of the Indus and Shigar Rivers at an elevation of nearly Twenty-five hundred meters (2,500 m).

Its elevation is 2,228 meter.
