    This is a great post with excellent suggestions during this difficult time. Meditation is a great way to center yourself. I have also thought about how it helps me to sleep if I get caught up in thinking about what I need to do tomorrow. Thank you ❀️Joni

    I’ve meditated (almost!) every day for a few years now. It took a while to get into it and I think that’s what many people don’t accept…that it things are worth doing they take time!
