Once you’ve determined the source of your low self-esteem, what you should do is think about whether there is a way to change it. If you cannot change it, you should think about how to redirect the problem so that it does not affect you or affects you less and, finally, think if you are giving it more importance than it has.
All these analytical thoughts should be as well-argued as possible. It is not worth trying to convince yourself that we are giving it a lot of importance unnecessarily if we do not use solid arguments.

It is important that we learn to see positive things about who we are and how we are.
