1. Never give up:
Never give up on dreams and on your goals. A startup and stepping towards your goal is more difficult than a give-up. You should never give up once taken a step forward toward your success. Nothing is as easy as a person thinks. Think a hundred times before setting up your goals in life and once your goals have settled and you start working on them, you spend a lot of time on them. Before quitting think about how much time, energy, and money you have spent on them.
2. Really Like What you Do:

It means you should really like what you do in life. Remember, you are unique and so your job is. What you are doing in life means a lot to you. Nobody knows your potential and thinking. Nobody can imagine what you dream of and what you can achieve in life.
3. Don’t Listen to the Little Man:
When you start, you get all kinds of advice from people around you, both positive and negative, from people all around you. You should not give head to such free advice and continue trying and being happy about it. Everyone has his own perspective and mindset. Taking risks in life is crucial. Without taking a risk one can’t make a remarkable change. Your success strongly depends on the risks you take in life. 5. Do Something Important:

Elon Musk says to Focus on a Single thing or product over Noise and do your best to make it the best. A lot of companies get jumbled and focus on things that really do not make the service or product better. “At Tesla, we spent no money on publicity. We put all the money into research and development (R+D), and manufacturing and design to make the product (car) wonderful.” For any kind of company, you should just keep thinking about the quality of the product. Quality is everything to sell your product anywhere and in any market.
7. Look for Problem Solvers:
If you own a business, you must look for problem solvers to hire them for your business. Problem solvers have enough experience in their fields of experience. If you aren’t experienced in some areas of your business, don’t waste time looking for a problem solver. Anyone who has struggled hard in a specific field will know the inside and out of it completely. While interviewing someone for your business, always look for problem solvers, those who have faced problems, and have come up with a solution themselves.
8. Attract Great People:
It is a mistake to depend on huge numbers of people to get a complicated job done. Hire one experienced person instead of hiring three inexperienced people. Numbers will never reimburse for talent in getting the right answer. Two people who don’t know something are no better than one, and will tend to slow down the progress and growth of your company, and will make the task extremely expensive.
A company is a group of people who gather around to provide a service or product. Depending upon how talented and hardworking that group is, and the degree to which they’re focused cohesively in a good direction, that will regulate the success of the company. So do your best to collect great people if you’re creating a company.
9. Have a Great Product:
You must stay focused on the quality of the product you are introducing. Quality is the hallmark of excellence. People get really wrapped up in all sorts of mysterious ideas of how to manage etc., but people should get much more focused on the quality of the product itself. A quality product requires less effort to advertise as people love it and prefer to share it with their friends and family members.
10. Work Super Hard:
Work super hard in the startup of your business. You just have to put in 80 to 100 hours a week to stand up in the market. This improves the odds of success. If other people are putting in 60-hour work weeks and you’re putting in 100-hour work weeks, then even if you’re doing the same thing you know that; you will achieve in three months what it takes them a year to achieve. Never underestimate the power of hard work and consistency to become successful in life.
