Mazar-e-Quaid (Quaid Tomb) Photography
Mazar-e-Quaid is the final resting place of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, which is also known as Jinnah Mausoleum or the National Mausoleum located in Karachi, Pakistan. The Quaid-e-Azam tomb is also the final resting place of Madir-e-Millat.
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah died in 1948 but the tomb was constructed in the 1960s. Moreover, the first Prime Minister of Pakistan, Liaquat Ali Khan is also buried here at Mazar-e-Quaid, after his death in 1951. In addition, the engineers who designed the tomb was; Turkish, Yahya Merchant, and the beautiful chandelier gifted by China. Photography is my passion.
