It happens many times. Whenever somebody want to start something new, he has a fear of success in his mind. Different thoughts and thinking are generated in his mind. He feels that only he is doing this new thing. He has a fear of stepping out from the comfort zone, fear of being seen, fear of community, fear of managing time, fear of facing people, fear of what people will say, fear of unknown and many more fears.
I have met many people suffering from these types of fears. They are always afraid of taking their first step to start their journey. Some of them start their journey but gives up very soon at the beginning because they do not take their first step at a right time. Remember! Fear doesn’t make one grow in any way.

We need to accept the presence of fear and then look for ways to handle it and work with it, rather than deny it and look for excuses. It’s okay to be afraid but this doesn’t mean to give up. Achieving Balance, balancing courage and fear, stops growing. fear make cowardice and courage make you grow. Discouragement and failure are two of indisputable stepping stones to success.
Fear always cripples. It has a way to cripple your progress, so you have to fight through it. Unless you overcome fear, you can’t realize the real power of your inner potential. Fear is simply a false evidence appearing real.

You have to remove the straight jacket of fear, that can leave us paralyzed, unable to make a move and make progress. Once you make a strong vision in your life and started with an extreme power of motivation, fear can’t change your mind. It begins to become a memory that can’t hold you back. So what you have to do is, that, “You have to change your mind, change your life and impact this world”. The death of fear is certain.
Remember one point that, our community has a powerful impact on us. The people we choose to be with, can make a difference to how we feel about fear. There are many people surrounding us. We have to avoid those people who make us feel ourselves weak. They always try to demotivate us. They love to be free and feel jealous of others working hard and making progress. We will have to avoid these people. If we will not avoid these people, our all efforts will be all in unproductive.

- Take lessons from failures and do not repeat the mistakes.
- Feed your mind with inspirational books and successful people life stories.
- Transfer your knowledge to others, It will improve your confidence and knowledge.
Enjoy and celebrate each of your success and always take feedback from fellows. Note down your successes and feedback’s, and take a visit on daily basis or whatever you get time.
Once you let fear flow through you, a feeling of grace and lightness will catch you, exactly there where wisdom and success lays. You will be rewarded of what you do and what you think. Remember “God help those who help themselves”.
