How to Overcome Fear

Are you feel fear in mind, whenever you want to start something new OR stepping out of your comfort zone?

It happens many times. Whenever somebody want to start something new, he has a fear of success in his mind. Different thoughts and thinking are generated in his mind. He feels that only he is doing this new thing. He has a fear of stepping out from the comfort zone, fear of being seen, fear of community, fear of managing time, fear of facing people, fear of what people will say, fear of unknown and many more fears.

I have met many people suffering from these types of fears. They are always afraid of taking their first step to start their journey. Some of them start their journey but gives up very soon at the beginning because they do not take their first step at a right time. Remember! Fear doesn’t make one grow in any way.

Why these things happen to us?

How to overcome fear and anxiety?

How to Overcome Fear of Success

We need to accept the presence of fear and then look for ways to handle it and work with it, rather than deny it and look for excuses. It’s okay to be afraid but this doesn’t mean to give up. Achieving Balance, balancing courage and fear, stops growing. fear make cowardice and courage make you grow. Discouragement and failure are two of the undisputable stepping stones to success.

Fear always cripples. It has a way to cripple your progress, so you have to fight through it. Unless you overcome fear, you can’t realize the real power of your inner potential. Fear is simply a false evidence appearing real.

“Having a Fear of Fear, always conquers your Fears”.

You have to remove the straight jacket of fear, that can leave us paralyzed, unable to make a move and make progress. Once you make a strong vision in your life and started with an extreme power of motivation, fear can’t change your mind. It begins to become a memory that can’t hold you back. So what you have to do is, that, “You have to change your mind, change your life and impact this world”. The death of fear is certain.

Remember one point that, our community has a powerful impact on us. The people we choose to be with, can make a difference to how we feel about fear. There are many people surrounding us. We have to avoid those people who make us feel ourselves weak. They always try to demotivate us. They love to be free and feel jealous of others working hard and making progress. We will have to avoid these people. If we will not avoid these people, our all efforts will be all in unproductive.

If the mind can see it, our hand can’t produce it,the very role of fear is to ensure that creative ideas will never be turn into reality.thanks for sharing this.

      1. When you pass a military person, the vibe you are getting from them is confidence, not a reason to feel fear. The military instills an overwhelming confidence because they give you the tools to deal with…well…other peoples anger and misgivings. In a time of crises, a veteran can quickly become your best friend.

  2. I once read a book called Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Meyer, a well known Christian author. Battles are fought and won in the mind. I agree with you- it’s so important to surround ourselves with people who don’t drag us down and fill ourselves with inspiration. I find that I can’t win against some of the fears on my own- I need to put my trust in God who is love, because ” Perfect love casts out fear”. I can’t know everything about the future but because He already knows every day and nothing is impossible for Him and also because He has my best interests at heart, I can trust Him with childlike faith.

    1. Right mezruth, we all should believe in God blindly, God’s knows more than us, that what is good and what is bad for us. He loves us more than anything else. He knows the sensations of our feelings and listen to the bits of our hearts. Thanks again mezruth for all your kind words.

  3. Mariann Williamson’s quote is one of my favorites! And believe me, I love quotations! This was very inspirational. I’ve learned that, surprisingly, not everyone is afraid of failure. Failure can be enough for someone to deal with mediocrity. But some people are actually afraid of succeeding. They wonder if they’ll be able to meet the demands that success would bring. I try to keep in mind that if it’s what God wants for you, he will prepare you for it and he will make your path straight. And always appreciate the absolute power that failure has to teach very valuable lessons! Sure, failure isn’t fun, but use it to improve-now you know what NOT to do and WHY! 😉Be brave!!!

    1. That’s really cool Shayla, same was the case with me as well. But I’m still wonder how I became blogger. I wasn’t sure to make so much progress in my blog journey. But hard work and self belief makes us so much stronger.
